Our Services are provided on a project basis, and the specific deliverables and timeline will be detailed in a separate agreement between you and Onflow.
- Payments: By purchasing a package or engaging our Services, you agree to pay the fees as outlined on our website or in a separate agreement. A 50% deposit is required to commence the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. All payments are non-refundable, except as provided by applicable law or specified in a separate agreement.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you will own the final website and any original content created for your project. However, Onflow retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, concepts, or designs that were not created specifically for your project. You agree to grant Onflow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your final website and content in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.
